Find your starting point

Products, fees and service responsibilities are agreed for your project. Local engineering, approvals and installation need named responsible professionals.

What is included in one-stop service?

It is a coordinated way of working, not a fixed whole-house package. Choose the products and support you need. Design work, measurements, inspections, freight and on-site services are scoped and priced as agreed in the quotation and service scope.

Can you work with my architect or contractor?

Yes. Share your existing design and identify who approves drawings, samples and site measurements. KUCI can coordinate product selection and sourcing around your team’s decisions.

Can you help with a sourcing visit to China?

Discuss showroom appointments, selection meetings and any travel or local visit assistance before arriving. Confirm availability, arrangements and any charges with the team.

Review technical scope & project inputs

Technical Specifications & Sourcing Scope

Project inputs
Architectural plans, elevations, BOQ quantities, destination, target programme and product-specific requirements.
Drawings and samples
Agree the applicable CAD/shop-drawing deliverables, finish samples and approval responsibilities before custom production.
Production and checks
Confirm product-specific checks; optional pre-assembly for suitable joinery requires prior agreement on scope, cost and schedule.
Export coordination
Agree carton/pallet/crate protection, packing list and FCL/LCL loading. Confirm shipment terms, named destination and import/unloading responsibilities in the quotation.
Schedule and evidence
Production dates follow approved details and supplier confirmation. Review the exact product/line evidence for the project destination; no blanket certification or fixed delivery guarantee applies.

Plan the shipment.
Match the documents.

Start with your drawings, selected products and project destination. Packing records and product documents answer different questions: how goods are prepared, and which exact model a document covers.

Product documents & packing evidence
United States: prepare the product and packing brief

The US dispatch archive includes wrapped profiles, timber crates and loading photographs. For your enquiry, include the project state, opening or room dimensions, finishes, quantities and receiving arrangements. Identify any required US product documentation in the brief; the Australian documents described here do not establish US compliance.

Australia: match documents to the selected model

The Australian dispatch archive shows palletised packages, crates and staged container loading. Include the project location and product schedule with your enquiry. A document must match the selected model, configuration, licence holder and agreed supply scope before it is used for the order.

Windows: an AS 2047 document with a defined scope

Supplier document SMK41439 names Foshan GUCI Industry Co., Ltd. and lists an 80 Series aluminium awning window, with a maximum scheduled size of 1500 mm high × 2000 mm wide. It states AS 2047-2014 and excludes installation. The schedule does not provide an energy rating. Other series, sizes and configurations require their own matching evidence; current register status must also be checked.

Bathroom: request the current product schedule

WaterMark documentation is specific to the listed product and licence holder. Ask for the current schedule for the exact toilet or tap you select. A mixer technical sheet is useful for comparing dimensions and finishes, but does not replace the relevant certificate and product registration.

Lighting: the LED converter is a separate component

SAA231680 lists built-in, constant-voltage LED converters in the HHB 12 V and 24 V ranges, from 100 W to 400 W. The official SAA register listed these model references when checked on 3 November 2026. This component document does not establish certification of every complete light fitting. Confirm the converter, fitting and installation requirements together. Check the SAA register ↗

Questions about sourcing

Can I use my own architect’s or designer’s plans?

Yes. Share the drawings, specifications and reference images you already have. We can work from your design and discuss suitable product options with you.

Do I have to source the whole project through KUCI?

Tell us which products or rooms you need help with. We’ll review that scope with you; quantities and availability are confirmed for the selected items.

What should I send for a quotation?

A drawing or product list is a useful starting point. Include quantities, preferred materials or finishes, the project location and your target schedule where available.

Can I see materials in person?

You can arrange a showroom visit in Foshan to compare materials and products. Send your requirements ahead so we can plan the visit around what you need.

What does Product Compliance Support include?

KUCI can help obtain existing supplier test reports and compliance documents for the selected product and destination. Certification information is shown only for specific products with verified, valid evidence. Requirements may include ASTM testing or NFRC ratings for relevant US window products, AS 2047 for Australian windows, TSCA Title VI for applicable wood products, and suitable tile, flooring, bathroom and hardware tests. These are requirements to review, not certifications held by KUCI or a claim that every product meets US or Australian building codes.

When will I receive an initial quotation?

Initial quotations are typically prepared within 2–3 business days after receiving complete project requirements. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Complex or customized projects may require additional time, which we discuss with you. An initial quotation is not a final price, complete design package or confirmed delivery schedule.

Can you arrange pre-assembly quality checks?

Pre-assembly inspections can be arranged for selected cabinetry and custom joinery products, subject to product suitability and prior agreement on scope, cost, and schedule. This optional service is assessed before order confirmation and is separate from routine product quality checks. It is not automatically free or included for every item. Products such as tiles receive the relevant product checks rather than pre-assembly inspections.
