Information you choose to share
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address or WhatsApp number, and the company and project details you provide. You may attach up to three PDF, PNG or JPEG files, up to 5 MB each. Uploading drawings is optional. Please share only documents you are entitled to provide and remove unrelated personal or confidential information.
How we use enquiries and drawings
We use this information to review your project, respond to your request and arrange the follow-up you ask for. Accepting the form's privacy notice does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Files are checked for permitted format and size; these checks do not guarantee that a file is free of harmful content.
Storage and access
The website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in the United States (Silicon Valley). Enquiries are stored in a private database and drawings outside the public website directory. Authorized administrators and sales staff assigned to an enquiry can access its details and drawings. They are not published on the website. Your project may be reviewed by the KUCI team in China.
When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details and drawings are sent to the KUCI sales mailbox through Alibaba Cloud's enterprise email service. Authorized mailbox users can access these copies, which are managed separately. Notification delays or failures do not remove a saved enquiry.
Cookies and website information
Essential session cookies support form security, file selection and administrator sign-in. We retain the page and campaign labels associated with an enquiry to understand where it came from. This website does not enable Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags or remarketing until their configuration and disclosures are completed. Detailed visit-activity tracking is disabled. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable new campaign-session collection; essential enquiry processing still works.
Retention and choices
Enquiries and linked drawings are retained for project follow-up and manual review; they are not automatically deleted after 30 days. Unsubmitted uploads expire for use after 24 hours and are removed through maintenance. Backups and email copies are managed separately. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop project follow-up. We will review your request and explain any information that must be retained.
