KUCI / Metal & Glass

Metal & Decorative Glass

Explore screens, panels and decorative glass. Choose a direction, then work through dimensions, finishes and fixing details for your project.

01 / Explore the application

From Screens to Finishing Details

Choose the intended use first. Decorative appearance alone does not establish the glass construction, metal grade or a protective function.

02 / See the detail

Resolve the Frame, Infill and Edges

Use the existing application photographs to describe the intended appearance. They do not establish thickness, fixing capacity or glass safety construction.

At the frame and panel junction

Identify the receiving surface, panel divisions, perimeter gaps and adjoining finishes in the drawing. Ask for the proposed support and fixing details for review.

At a reflective surface

Confirm the sample, sheet direction, seams, edge returns and cleaning method. Coordinate backing, service access and any site-supplied parts.

No verified fabrication detail is available here, so no installation node or structural capacity is shown.

03 / Materials and finishes

Match the Material to the Detail

The records below distinguish a pattern, a frame, a finish sample and a profile. A colour name does not confirm the base metal grade or performance.

04 / Define the assembly

Agree What the Supply Includes

Use a component schedule to agree the boundaries of the quotation. The lists below are review prompts, not confirmed inclusions.

01

Fabricated components

List frames, panels or infill, trims and decorative elements by drawing reference, size, finish and quantity.

02

Interfaces and site work

Identify substrates, anchors, backing, supports, perimeter seals and access. Confirm who supplies and installs each item.

03

Documents and review

Record location, intended use and relevant project requirements. Agree the drawing, sample and documentation review before fabrication.

Details to confirm

Once you have a selection in mind, we’ll confirm the specifications, checks and delivery details with you.

Specifications & ordering details
Plans & dimensions
Share DWG/CAD floor plans, PDF architectural sets or an Excel BOQ schedule for architectural metal screens, panels & decorative glass. Fabrication drawings, panel or glass dimensions, fixing interfaces and exposure conditions. Confirm the secure transfer route for files not accepted by the enquiry form.
Product requirements
Confirm alloy or steel grade, thickness, coating and glass build-up. Specify 304/316 stainless steel where required and verify grade evidence; decorative glass needs separate safety and application review.
Checks before delivery
Agree dimension, finish, weld and edge checks, plus trial fitting for complex assemblies. Agree photo/video inspection reports and their timing before balance payment in the order terms.
Packing & shipping
Specify separated glass faces, protected metal finishes and suitable restrained plywood crates. Where plywood crates are specified, confirm the packaging construction and destination requirements before describing them as fumigation-free. Discuss 20GP/40HQ FCL or LCL consolidation from Foshan through an agreed South China departure port, such as Shenzhen/Yantian. Port, packing, shipment fit and charges are confirmed in the freight quotation.

Architectural Metal Screens, Panels & Decorative Glass
Material identification
Confirm metal alloy or glass type, nominal thickness, panel dimensions and finish against the selected range.
Interfaces and safety
Define edges, perforations, joints, supports and fixing positions. Structural, impact and safety-glazing requirements need project-specific engineering review.
Sample and drawing approval
Approve physical colour/texture samples and applicable shop drawings, including visible joints and tolerances, before production.
Export handling
Confirm surface protection, separation of glass, piece labels, crate supports and unloading requirements before consolidation.
