- Plans & dimensions
- Share DWG/CAD floor plans, PDF architectural sets or an Excel BOQ schedule for custom kitchen cabinets & fitted millwork. Room dimensions, elevations, cabinet quantities and service openings. Confirm the secure transfer route for files not accepted by the enquiry form.
- Product requirements
- Specify the substrate and finish code; request ENF test evidence or applicable CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI documentation for the exact composite-wood board. These requirements are not interchangeable. Confirm hinges, runners and load ratings.
- Checks before delivery
- Agree dimensional checks and optional trial assembly for complex joinery, with scope, cost and schedule confirmed before ordering. Agree photo/video inspection reports and their timing before balance payment in the order terms.
- Packing & shipping
- Confirm assembled or corner-protected flat-pack supply, component labels and moisture protection. Where plywood crates are specified, confirm the packaging construction and destination requirements before describing them as fumigation-free. Discuss 20GP/40HQ FCL or LCL consolidation from Foshan through an agreed South China departure port, such as Shenzhen/Yantian. Port, packing, shipment fit and charges are confirmed in the freight quotation.

- Multi-layer plywood, moisture-resistant particleboard, MDF, stainless steel or aluminum honeycomb. Request the proposed construction and sample; availability is confirmed for the selected factory and line.
- Emission evidence
- Request ENF or E0 test evidence where specified, or CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI documentation for applicable composite-wood products. These are different requirements, not interchangeable labels; verify the exact board and supplier before ordering.
- Finish options to review
- 2-pack lacquer, wood veneer, melamine, PET, HPL or Fenix. Confirm availability, substrate, finish code and physical sample for the chosen line.
- Hardware schedule
- Specify Blum, Hettich or DTC soft-close hinges and drawer runners where required. Brand, model, load rating and authorized supply must be confirmed in the quotation; no universal brand inclusion is implied.
- Drawing deliverables
- Agree the 2D CAD shop-drawing scope and any 3D renderings before manufacturing. Approved dimensions, service openings, fillers and interfaces govern production.
- Packing and checks
- Confirm flat-pack or pre-assembled supply, component labels and export crating. Optional pre-assembly checks for suitable joinery require agreement on scope, cost and schedule.

Can I enquire without a final drawing?
Yes. Share your ideas and any measurements you have. Mark estimates clearly; final drawings and site dimensions need confirmation before production.
Does a colour reference specify the cabinet material?
No. A catalogue colour describes the visible pattern. Confirm the front construction, surface finish and cabinet box separately.
Can I include more than one kitchen layout?
Yes. Describe your layouts and quantities in the enquiry form. You can attach an existing plan when the attachment option is available.
What does Product Compliance Support include?
KUCI can help obtain existing supplier test reports and compliance documents for the selected product and destination. Certification information is shown only for specific products with verified, valid evidence. Requirements may include ASTM testing or NFRC ratings for relevant US window products, AS 2047 for Australian windows, TSCA Title VI for applicable wood products, and suitable tile, flooring, bathroom and hardware tests. These are requirements to review, not certifications held by KUCI or a claim that every product meets US or Australian building codes.
When will I receive an initial quotation?
Initial quotations are typically prepared within 2–3 business days after receiving complete project requirements. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Complex or customized projects may require additional time, which we discuss with you. An initial quotation is not a final price, complete design package or confirmed delivery schedule.
Can you arrange pre-assembly quality checks?
Pre-assembly inspections can be arranged for selected cabinetry and custom joinery products, subject to product suitability and prior agreement on scope, cost, and schedule. This optional service is assessed before order confirmation and is separate from routine product quality checks. It is not automatically free or included for every item. Products such as tiles receive the relevant product checks rather than pre-assembly inspections.
