Australia / packaging evidence

Ask the packer to identify solid timber, processed wood and any bamboo used in the crate or its supports. Mixed construction needs review even when the main panels are plywood.
Check the current packaging conditions with the importer or broker and obtain the relevant treatment evidence and packing declaration before dispatch.
Review cleanliness, bark, soil and other contamination risks as well as the packaging material.
DAFF: timber and bamboo packaging ↗Confirm the applicable packaging conditions with the importer or broker for the actual consignment.
