Exact fit
Provide mattress length, width and depth, duvet dimensions and pillow sizes. For fitted sheets, confirm the required pocket depth and mattress topper.
Fabric & feel
Ask for fibre composition and weave details, then compare samples. A thread-count label alone does not describe the fabric's feel, finishing or care needs.
Set contents
Record each sheet, cover, pillowcase, insert and decorative item with its size and quantity. A room image does not define what is included in a bedding set.
Laundering & repeat orders
Confirm washing, drying and ironing guidance. For hospitality projects, discuss the laundering process, spare sets, repeat-order needs and relevant product documentation.

Will a king-size bedding set fit my bed?

Check dimensions rather than relying on the name. King, queen and other labels vary between countries and suppliers. Match the sheet to the mattress length, width and depth, and the duvet cover to your actual duvet.

How do I choose bedding fabric?

Compare the stated fibre composition, weave, surface feel and care instructions. Tell us your climate, preferred feel and laundering routine. Samples are more useful than photographs when judging texture.

What is included in a bedding set?

Set contents vary. Ask for an itemized list with the number and size of sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. Duvets, pillows, cushions and bedspreads should only be assumed included when the quotation lists them.

Can you coordinate bedding for several bedrooms?

Prepare a bedroom schedule with mattress sizes, required pieces, colours and quantities. Include spare sets and any different care requirements. Availability and repeat-order options are confirmed for the chosen products.

Share DWG/CAD floor plans, PDF architectural sets or an Excel BOQ schedule for contract bedding & bedroom textiles. Room schedule, measured window or floor dimensions, fabric references and quantities. Confirm the secure transfer route for files not accepted by the enquiry form.
Product requirements
Confirm fibre composition, weight, colourfastness, lining and care requirements. Request applicable contract-use or fire-test evidence for the selected textile, rather than inferring it from an image.
Checks before delivery
Agree sample approval, measurement checks, stitching and shade-batch inspection. Agree photo/video inspection reports and their timing before balance payment in the order terms.
Packing & shipping
Confirm moisture protection, room labels and suitable cartons or rolled packing. Where plywood crates are specified, confirm the packaging construction and destination requirements before describing them as fumigation-free. Discuss 20GP/40HQ FCL or LCL consolidation from Foshan through an agreed South China departure port, such as Shenzhen/Yantian. Port, packing, shipment fit and charges are confirmed in the freight quotation.
